Featuring true state of the art design and technologies, the 32EX330 Bravia 32inch Direct LED TV from Sony defies logic with its performance. Unlike most conventional modern TVs, this LED TV has been developed from the ground up with a special emphasis on keeping the weight and the amount of materials low. Sony has gone to the extent of redesigning each and every component on the TV. The chassis has been redesigned to make the chipset up to three times smaller. Even the amount of screws used and the length of each screw has been reduced to save weight. The result is a TV that weighs a whopping 50percent lighter than its previous model.

Stylish and Lightweight
The 32EX330 Bravia TV has been designed from scratch, is much more lightweight than its predecessors. It even manages to look good and is environment friendly.
Up To 50percent Lighter
Sony has gone a long way to ensure that the TV remains lightweight while delivering the superior image quality that is expected of it. Everything from the chassis to even the screws that hold the TV together have undergone a dramatic overhaul with a view to keeping the weight under control. The circuit board of this TV is up to three times thinner than the last generation TVs. All these efforts ultimately paid off, with the TV weighing just 4.7kg, which is approximately half of what the previous model weighed.
Made mostly out of recycled plastic, the main goal in designing this TV was to use the least number or resources. It has been mostly constructed of recycled plastic. Wherever possible, the metal components of the TV have been replaced with plastic. Additionally, this TV uses just 28 screws, as compared to the 82 used by previous models. At the end of its life cycle, the TV can be easily recycled.
Nature Friendly Packaging
Sony has also paid special attention to the packaging this Bravia TV comes in. Even here, they have tried to use as few resources as possible. For example, the packing of the previous models used to feature a plastic handle. This Bravia TV is so lightweight, that its packaging does not require a separate handle to be carried. The handle has been cut right out of the box.
