      Dual grip handles for added flexibility on exercises Flat edge for floor exercises Textured surface for added comfort 100% heavy duty rubber construction OVERVIEW It may sound obvious that a Dual Grip Ball allows you to train one handed rather than needing to hold the ball constantly with two hands, opening up endless possibilities for training the body through all three of its planes of motion - sagittal, frontal, transverse. The rubber ball has deep handles moulded in to its sides with its mass balanced in the centre to enable you to use it both single and double handed. To be your best... hold the ball in one hand, stand with your feet apart and swing the ball from hip height across your body to shoulder height then quickly drive it back down to the start position, keep going and if you so wish - add intensity, a squat and a jump at the bottom and top of the movement. Coach says... Three planes of motion they are simple to learn but not entirely logically named. Sagittal are forward and backwards movements. Frontal are side to side moves (thats the confusing one) and Transverse are anything that involves rotation of the trunk/torso. What I think is most important to remember is that realistically the body never moves in a single plane, more likely it moves in a combination of all three at all times. Designer notes... This product is designed to move at speed and that means you will be generating inertia the taller you are the more you will create when you swing the ball, it can mean that the actual weight of the ball is multiplied to feel like it is 3-4 times heavier than it really is.
