About Returns Policy
Souq.com has a free returns policy, where you can request to return a product purchased on Souq.com for refund within 15 days of its delivery. Our returns policy is subject to Souq.com’s terms and conditions of purchase.
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on the website, subject to return of the affected product to us within 15 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, along with any shipping fees applied.
If you change your mind after delivery of a product purchased by you on Souq.com, you can also return the product to us for a refund within 15 days of its delivery except in respect of:
- Clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
- Products with their retail packaging, seals or boxes opened or missing and any tags or labels which were attached
- Products that fall into the below product types,

Consumable items that are used or installed

Note: All items which are returned will be assessed and validated before they are accepted for a refund.
